Thanks Zane, I was trying to explain why short runs of all over prints were not practical as we get so many enquiries often for less than 50 pieces, the situation is still the same when setting up any automated machinery using larger screens, the set up costs are still prohibitive. I mentioned design by humans as a way of getting a good size print on a shirt when you have no funds, of course you have to get your design voted as a winner first. I will post some video of the Alpha8 in a later post. Great machine. We have a couple of shirts screened by DBH, they really are quality screen prints.

Design by Humans doesn’t use a belt printer, belt printers are for shirts without tight registration. They use a M&R Alpha 8 or one of the Carousel printers that is capable of handling screens of that size, along with the full t-shirt palates, which is the only way to register allover prints.

any body knows how i can get a portable shirt printing machine that can print letterings and numberings,designes like artistical drawings,logos? please mail me on paschalfalase@yahoo.com if you gave the idea of the name,price and where to get it…i think this belt printer is powerful but i can’t affrd it.
